The primary objective for B. Brand Bouw’s branding initiative was to create a strong visual identity that would encapsulate the company’s values of strength, reliability, and innovation in the construction industry. As they sought to elevate their market presence in the competitive Dutch construction sector, the goal was to develop a brand image that would resonate with both their existing clientele and attract new prospects.
Challenge:
Our challenge was to conceptualize and execute a brand identity that could stand the test of time while incorporating elements that reflect the company’s core business in construction. It needed to be versatile enough for various applications yet distinctive enough to make an impact in a crowded marketplace. The client sought a modern touch that would speak to a forward-thinking audience without losing the essence of their trusted reputation built over years.
Solution:
Our approach was a blend of traditional and contemporary design principles. We crafted a logo that symbolized construction – with stylized elements representing tools and building structures – within the framework of the company’s initials, “BBB”. The chosen color palette was a bold blue, signifying depth and stability, combined with white for clarity and precision.
We extended the new identity across multiple touchpoints, including business cards, stationery, website, and on-site materials like helmets and uniforms. The design was scaled to ensure legibility and impact from large-format site banners to the fine print on legal documents.
Result:
The rebranding of B. Brand Bouw has been met with an overwhelmingly positive response from the client and their customers. The new brand identity successfully conveys the company’s attributes of professionalism and modernity, leading to an increased recognition in the Dutch construction industry.
